Organic Viticulture — CCPAE
Since 2016, all our wines and cavas have been certified by the CCPAE, guaranteeing 100% organic production without synthetic pesticides or chemicals. In addition, we are part of DO Penedès, the first Designation of Origin in the world to be 100% organic.
In our vineyards, we use sustainable viticulture practices: we apply copper and sulfur in a controlled way and use pheromone-based sexual confusion methods to avoid synthetic chemicals and pesticides. All of this helps protect biodiversity, soil health, and ensures wines with minimal environmental impact.
100% Vegan Products
All our wines and cavas are 100% vegan, made without using any animal-derived ingredients in the fining process or any other stage. This way, we offer organic, vegan, and sustainable wines that respect the environment and align with the values of many consumers.
Carbon Footprint — A Low-impact Winery
We calculate and analyze our carbon footprint every year—an essential tool to measure and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. It allows us to identify critical points, optimize processes, and make our sustainable winery operations increasingly efficient and planet-friendly.
Certified by Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection
We are one of the few sustainable wineries certified by Wineries for Climate Protection (WfCP), the only sustainability certification specifically for the wine sector focused on environmental performance. We obtained this certification in May 2022 and renew it every two years by demonstrating real improvements in four key areas:
- Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
- Sustainable and efficient water management.
- Minimization of waste and promotion of recycling.
- Energy efficiency using renewable sources.
As of mid-2025, only 109 wineries in Spain hold this seal of quality, which confirms our commitment to being a benchmark in sustainable and organic winemaking.

Since 2025, all our electricity comes from renewable sources, thanks to solar panels and the purchase of certified green energy.

We raise awareness among all staff to apply environmentally friendly practices and follow a responsible purchasing plan, prioritizing eco-design, increasing the use of recycled materials, and working with local suppliers to reduce transport impact and support the local economy.
Emission reduction
In 2023, we reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 9% compared to the previous year, moving toward cleaner operations.

We carry out up to 8 physical and chemical checks daily on our bottling lines to ensure exceptional quality in every bottle.
