U MES U had the honor to participate together with 20 other renowned wineries from all over Europe. The meeting, which was attended by between 200 and 300 professionals from the HORECA channel, offered a variety of wines accompanied by an exhibition of works of art from the collections of the Traffo Gallery. The event was accompanied by live jazz music, giving attendees a memorable experience that merged oenological excellence with European art and culture.
In the 57th Awards of DO Penedès Tastavins, Anais Red 2021 was awarded as „Best Red of the Penedès“ with a Gold medal, and Dahlia 2022, also obtained a Bronze medal in the Rosé category .

ProWein, in Düsseldorf, is an appointment on our calendar that we cannot miss. One of the most important fairs in our sector, with more than 6,000 wineries, where part of the Suma team was: Álvaro, Maria and Carla, attending to the more than 49,000 visitors of this edition.
The same week as the Barcelona Wine Week, we prepared two very special days to present the new cava Gran Reserva called Caelus.

We started 2023 with one of the most important fairs in our country, Barcelona Wine Week.
A reference fair where we were located on the island of Cava, and this year with a great novelty; the presentation of the new great reserve of U MES U.

To celebrate the end of the harvest, we organized a pairing dinner with the entire range of Caves Cygnus with two very special guests: The Garraf Observatory and the Art Studio Tinta i Vi.
A very complete day in which the attendees enjoyed an explanation through a telescope about the constellations and Cygnus, and they were also able to paint the swan constellation with wine ink.
The presentation of Books organized by Vinseum and La Central arrives at U MES U with the book “Cuina amb flors” by Iolanda Bustos.
A collection of recipes that introduces a part of theory about the dietary contributions of plants and flowers.
A very enriching day that was accompanied by Dahlia, our gray wine that receives the name of the famous flower.

The Night of Xarel·los celebrated a new edition on Saturday 18 June in the Cloister of San Francisco in Vilafranca del Penedès. This year the event was organized by the restaurant El Gat Blau with the collaboration of DO Penedès. We attended this emblematic event with our white wine Anais Xarel·lo.
During the month of June, DO Penedès organized in the city of Vilanova and Geltrú a set of pairing dinners with emblematic restaurants of the city. Restaurants that stand out for their high-quality ingredients and elaborations worked to surprise the palate, which accompanied by a good pairing, made the evening a very enriching experience.

On Sunday 22 May we celebrated Cesc Sansalvadó’s concert at the U MES U winery under his WinePop tour with Acqustic. A tour that offered lovers of culture and wine a unique experience in which to enjoy the surroundings, the music and a wine tasting of the area.
Cesc Sansalvadó offered a unique concert in which he combined voice and instruments in the key of folk pop while the public could taste three wines from the winery; Dahlia, Anais Xarel·lo and De Llevant.
ProWein, in Düsseldorf, is one of the most important fairs in the world in the wine and cavas market for more than 25 years.
All an opportunity to talk about new projects and future alliances for U MES U. It is estimated that in this edition more than 6,900 wineries from 64 different countries and 61,500 visitors from 143 nationalities gathered.
Fenavin, the Ciudad Real fair that since 2001 seeks to promote new commercial relationships and energize the wine sector. U MES U was one of the more than 1,900 wineries that were present at this increasingly important fair.
U MES U was present at the Barcelona Wine Week fair in Stand C208 on the island of DO Cava. The BWW is a reference fair at national level that brings together around 15,600 professionals in the sector from more than 50 different countries.
