U MES U has shown its annual report, capturing the exciting essence of its journey through the year 2023. Caelus, the Cava Gran Reserva 100% Pinot Noir that the U MES U winery launched on the market at the beginning of the year has been presented at Palau Maricel in Sitges. An enclave of singular architectural beauty that turned this presentation into a unique staging.

A few weeks ago, in a ceremony that was held with great expectation and enthusiasm at the Cellar Cooperativa de Rubí, U MES U had the honor of revalidating its prestigious award as Best Young Sparkling Wine in Catalonia for the second consecutive year, with its Cava Cygnus Albireo.

U MES U presents its new corporate website, umesu.wine, to position itself within the digital world as a fresh and innovative brand with character, just like its wines and cavas.

Caelus represents the biggest challenge of Celler U MES U and the culmination of many years of experimentation with the variety and its elaboration as a blanc de noir. A Cava Gran Reserva with more than 60 months of aging that is named after the God of the sky from Roman mythology.

Cygnus Albireo was named the best young Cava in Catalonia at the Vinari awards with a Grand Gold medal and Larus, from the Rara Avis collection, a Gold medal at the international Decanter awards.

U MES U has received the WfCP Wineries for Climate Protection Certification thanks to its compromise with the environment and its ambitious continuous improvement plans for the future of its winery Mas Romaní in Font-rubí, in the Alt Penedès region.

At U MES U we start the year by presenting the new vintages of some of the youngest wines from the Cellar. Wines full of life and authenticity that arrive with enthusiasm after an atypical year in the vineyard.
