It displays an intense pink color, very appealing to the eye, a seduction that continues with its delicate fruity aromas and a fresh, very enticing palate.

De llevant

This is very fresh, showing notes of crushed stones, lime pith, sliced pears and green apples. Medium-bodied, crunchy and pure on the palate. From organically grown grapes.

El vol de nit

A Garnacha, Carinyena blend, aged in 300L French oak barrels. Still wonderful definition of fruit; bramble and plum fruits, with touches of wild violets and warm earth. Sticky and a little dry, but still full of fruit. Drink up and enjoy!

David Williams

Decanter Wine critic

Dahlia

Pale, Provence-style Rosado with white fruits and Mediterranean breeziness. Good acidity, versatile with or without food. Clean, fresh finish. Herbal, citrus, grassy, grapefruit notes. Vibrant.

Albireo

Aromas of lemon curd, orange blossom and croissant set the scene for flavors of pineapple, lemon-lime sorbet, marzipan and rose water. This wine is lightly effervescent on the tongue and has a bright lemon zest finish.

Sador

Cygnus Sador Brut Nature Reserva is a cava for those seeking something beyond the conventional. […] This cava invites you to savor it slowly, ideal for a special dinner with dishes such as baked fish or mountain-style rice dishes. More than a drink, it is an experience that connects craftsmanship with nature.

Larus

This is an imaginative blend of 50:50 Xarel-lo and Pinot Noir from Umesu’s estate that just works; the Pinot Noir aromatics here are beautifully true, with some deep, fragrant plum and blackberry fruit meeting toasted almond maturity, spicy dried ginger and citric Xarel-lo to bring out the best in both grapes. It’s vinous but not heavy, the Xarel-lo pulling the Pinot, which can sometimes be flabby in Penedès, tight, long and sapid. Impressive!

Caelus

Superb in liveliness and remarkable for its range of nuances, from floral and aniseed notes to fine pastry with a subtle smoky touch. On the palate, it is delicate, fresh and consistent, offering a broad spectrum of lingering impressions. Undoubtedly one of the most promising modern cava styles in recent years.

Organic Penedès winery with a family soul

celler u mes u

U MES U is a wine project born in the heart of Alt Penedès, where vineyards, passion, and care for the land come together to create organic wines and cavas with a unique personality. Led by the Piñol family, the project combines vision, experience, and commitment, with a team that works in a coordinated and conscious way at every stage of the process. Inspired by our philosophy of the Art of the Sum, we bring together talent, knowledge, and territory to craft wines and sparkling wines that reflect the identity of Penedès and our commitment to sustainability, always with respect for nature and with the aim of sharing unique moments with those who enjoy them.

Why the Art of Summation?

The Art of the Sum is the philosophy that gives meaning to the entire project: the belief that when we bring together people, ideas, experiences, and respect for the land, the result is always greater than the sum of its parts. It means combining tradition and innovation, knowledge and intuition, nature and a contemporary perspective. It is understanding wine as a collective work where every detail, the vineyard, time, the team, and the territory, adds value to create something authentic, with its own identity and full of meaning.
