Gray Wine

A gray wine is the name given to the pale rosés wines that are made of the gentle and direct pressure of a black grape. In the case of Dahlia, this variety is the grenache.

There is no maceration with the skin, so the extraction of tannic and color is minimal. This is how we get an expressive and delicate wine that anticipates great complexity.

Why our wine is called Dahlia?

Dahlia is the most admired flower for her delicacy. It was discovered in Yucatan and for many years it was used as a currency for great empires. Since then, Dahlia represents the desire to capture beauty and reproduce it beyond its origin so that everyone can enjoy one of the wonders offered by nature.
Therefore, the name of this wine expresses a desire: to catch the most beautiful essence of the grenache. An ephemeral and delicate essence that is reflected in each bottle.
