The Sitges Malvasia is a Mediterranean variety par excellence, adapted to the maritime Penedès for centuries. The arrival of phylloxera and new varieties meant that it was close to disappearing in the Penedès. At the beginning of the 21st century we were able to recover a few vines that had been preserved in an old vineyard of the Hospital de Sitges. With soft and delicate grapes, it offers very aromatic wines, intensely fresh, with a unique, attractive and pleasant mouth.
