Dahlia is elaborated with the Red Grenache from the La Carrerada vineyard located in Font-Rubí.
Gray Wine
A gray wine is the name given to the pale rosés wines that are made of the gentle and direct pressure of a black grape. In the case of Dahlia, this variety is the grenache.
There is no maceration with the skin, so the extraction of tannic and color is minimal. This is how we get an expressive and delicate wine that anticipates great complexity.
