Cygnus Cavas are delicate, bright and sincerely expressive, reflecting the elegance, freshness and authenticity of our heritage under a sky full of stars.

Rara Avis Cavas come from singular vineyard sites where the environment, the vines and viticulture come together to create truly unique conditions.

In this collection, we work with grape varieties that are uncommon in the area, such as Pinot Noir, and with non-traditional winemaking methods that set these Cavas apart, giving them their own personality and exceptional character.

Caelus, the Roman god of the sky, is a Cava born from observing the heavens and our surroundings— the result of years of experience and deep learning from the land.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged for over 72 months, this 2016 vintage Cava is manually disgorged, preserving all its character and complexity.
